The recce
We walk the property first — which rooms hold the morning, which only work at dusk, what needs moving. The shot list and the hour of the shoot are set before we arrive.
The shoot
On the day we work the house as it stands: cushions squared, cables gone, a window left open where the air should show. Each frame is lit for the room it is in.
The handover
The retouched set arrives in portal and print sizes, colour matched room to room. The walk-through house tour comes with it, ready for the listing page and the first enquiry.

The stills are the first impression, and the base every other piece of work is cut from — the film, the campaign, the staging. Photography is priced by the property rather than by a package, from €140, so a small flat is never charged like a villa. The walk-through house tour is normally quoted separately; with us it arrives with the set, at no extra cost.
