Warm living room furnished for a listing

One Staging

Empty is a hard sell, so we furnish the frame.

Virtual staging is digital work, done on photography we have already delivered — photoreal furniture set into rooms that are empty or dated. It is an add-on to a shoot, not a shoot of its own, and it is property only: not yachts, not jets.

Rooms shot empty? Staging works on the set we have already delivered — no reshoot, no second visit.

The Staging Process

From empty room
to furnished frame.

01

Rooms and intent

We choose the rooms that carry the sale and agree what each one should say — family home, holiday base, rental. The style follows the buyer you are writing to, not a catalogue.

02

The furnishing pass

Furniture, textiles and light are built into the photograph itself, so scale, perspective and shadow hold. Nothing structural is invented: the room being sold is still the room in the frame.

03

Delivered both ways

Every staged image is delivered beside its untouched original, ready for the portal and the brochure. Mark the staged frames as staged wherever they run; it is standard practice and it protects the viewing.

Virtual staging is €40 per property; a floorplan is another €40. Build Your Booking

The Benefit

Show the life,
not the floor area.

An empty room gives a buyer nothing to hold on to — dimensions, a bare wall, and the work of imagining a life there. Staging hands that life over already assembled, in the same frame as the photography a buyer is scrolling. It adds €40 to a shoot, needs no van, no rented furniture and no second visit, and it turns a dated or unoccupied room into something worth a viewing.
