The booking deposit locks your date in the production calendar.

Date, location and access confirmed. Weather windows planned for exteriors.

Shoot day. We work inside your schedule — discretion by default.

Post-production
Edit, grade and staging. You review watermarked previews and request revisions.

Delivery
Final payment releases the full-resolution media, licensed for your use.

Orientative pricing — your final quote is confirmed in the proposal. No payment is taken on this website.
1 · Asset type
One rate for the three: an estate, a yacht and a jet are priced the same per unit. Marine and ramp access is arranged with you before the shoot.
2 · Base location
This sets the rate for the booking and fills in the city of every property you add below — each one can then be given its own city, date and time.
3 · Choose your properties
Tap a price to add it, tap it again to take it out. Every property you add gets its own count, city, date and time. Virtual staging and the floorplan are €40 each per property. Rates are per unit, before VAT, and every photography booking carries the house tour video at no extra cost. Yachts and jets run on the same scale, sized by the volume delivered instead of by bedrooms.
4 · Volume
A unit is one property, one vessel or one aircraft — counted across every line above. The more units in the booking, the lower the rate per unit.

Photography
13 to 40 edited photos depending on the property, house tour walkthrough video, interior + exterior coverage, 1 twilight signature set, portal, social & print formats, 1 revision round.
1 Minute Vertical Video
60-second vertical master (9:16), filmed the same day as the stills, licensed music & color grade, captions and cover frame, 1 revision round.
Cinematic Property Film
Cinematic film (60–90s master), story-driven shot list, drone aerials where permitted, licensed music & color grade, 2 revision rounds.
Virtual Staging
Photoreal staging of the selected spaces, 2 style directions to choose from, before / after listing set, works on our stills or yours.
Floorplan
Measured 2D floorplan per property, room labels and surface areas, portal-ready formats, 1 revision round.
Never included
Travel outside the selected city, rush delivery, paid media budget (billed at cost), influencer / PR fees, on-camera talent.
A property that takes photography and both video formats is the full production — that line drops 10%.
Payments
Clear money,
clear minds.
You always know what you pay, when, and what it unlocks. Invoices are issued at each milestone with a secure payment link — nothing is charged on this website.
Bank Transfer
EUR or USD invoice with full company details. Preferred for reservations and balances.
Card — Secure Link
Every invoice includes a secure card-payment link (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Pay from any device.
Milestone Invoicing
Larger campaigns split into stages, so payments follow progress — never the other way round.

Due on booking. Your date enters the production calendar and is no longer offered to anyone else.
- 02Final balance — releases the mediaBalance
After you approve the watermarked previews. Full-resolution files and licenses are delivered on receipt.
30% on reservation, 70% on delivery. Reschedules 7+ days ahead carry the deposit to the new date. Previews stay watermarked until the final balance — then everything is yours, licensed and full-resolution.
